The PDR Process

Paintless Dent Repair (P.D.R.) is a modern evolution of a metal working process developed years ago by automobile assembly line technicians. The process involves accessing the back of the dent and using special tools to gently push the metal back to its original shape. The paint is unaffected and the area is restored to its original condition without repainting. Depending on the ability and experience of the technician, various sizes and shapes of dents can be removed as long as the paint is not damaged.

Experience and continual training develops a true craftsman capable of removing larger, more complicated dents. Technicians just entering the field after initial training have the true craftsmen to emulate, oversee their work, and pass on tips learned over the years.

The P.D.R. process is simple, cost effective and usually accomplished in just minutes.
